Vetmanager partners with Vetnio to bring AI into the workflow for over 200 Nordic practices
Most partnership announcements in this industry mean one thing: a button was added somewhere. This one is different.
Vetmanager is one of the most used journal systems in the Nordics. 200+ practices run on it, from one-vet small animal clinics to equine hospitals where the next patient is a horse waiting in the yard. This week, Vetmanager started actively rolling Vetnio out to those practices. Not making it available. Rolling it out.
Vetmanager did not take our word for it. They put Vetnio in front of their own users first and waited for the feedback. It came back so good that Jonas Bring, who runs Vetmanager, decided this is the AI layer his customers should have.
How it got here

One click in the journal, and Vetnio opens with the patient already there. The consultation writes itself and lands back in Vetmanager. That is the part everyone expects from an AI scribe.
Then it keeps going. The patient's full history in Vetmanager is surfaced in Vetnio, so instead of scrolling through years of entries, the vet asks a question and gets the answer. Phone calls are transcribed and filed to the right patient. Client emails, summaries and follow-ups come from the same place as the notes.
Put together, the practice stops losing information between the phone, the consult room and the journal. Nothing gets typed twice. Nothing gets forgotten because it was said on a call.
Vets do not want another login. They want the system they already trust to do more.
