Vetnio AB uses a number of trusted suppliers, so-called sub-processors, to deliver our services. These companies have access to certain data to perform specific functions on behalf of Vetnio.
We choose our sub-processors with great care and set high standards for data security, availability, and regulatory compliance. All sub-processors have entered into agreements that ensure they meet the requirements of applicable data protection legislation, including GDPR.

If Vetnio intends to engage a new sub-processor that may have access to customer data, we will notify the affected customers in accordance with our data protection agreement.
Vetnio conducts a thorough evaluation of new sub-processors before they are engaged, with particular focus on security, compliance, and data protection. We require all sub-processors to sign data protection agreements that ensure at least the same level of data protection that Vetnio applies.
